Comfortable double room with private bathroom. Good shower pressure and cleanliness throughout the facilities.
Access through the back entrance felt sketchy at night due to poor lighting, and the door often remained propped open by patrons. Heating controls weren't clear, leaving a chilly atmosphere, and the stairs to the room presented a challenge, especially with any luggage. Signage needs improvement, as the entrance can be difficult to locate even during the day.

Rooms were top-class, well done!
I enjoyed 1 night there. The hotel was deluxe and the staff affable, marvellous location close to everything. Location: the property was just next door to the Restaurant downstairs, town centre and Congleton. Found Beartown Tap with perfect drinks 500 metres away.

free parking after 3pm, spacious room, neat facilities
The entrance is tricky to find, tucked behind a restaurant with zero signposts!!! Climbing the steep metal stairs felt unsafe at night when it's pitch black!!! More clarity on access routes is needed !!!

The room was spacious, well decorated, and impeccably clean. Good quality bedlinen made for a comfortable night. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for a quick morning pick-me-up. The self check-in process felt smooth once I got the text with the instructions. One downside was the number of steps leading to my room. It could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Breakfast isn't provided, but there are good options nearby. My experience was quite positive but a few improvements could enhance accessibility.
